Course Overview
This course provides a comprehensive theoretical foundation on HCL BigFix (formerly IBM BigFix), a leading endpoint management and security platform. It covers architecture, deployment concepts, content management, patching, compliance, and operational best practices. The training focuses on understanding the platform’s capabilities for large-scale endpoint management without hands-on labs.
Prerequisites
General understanding of enterprise IT operations and endpoint management Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and/or macOS environments Basic knowledge of networking, security concepts, and software distribution Experience with enterprise systems management tools (helpful but not mandatory) No prior BigFix experience is required.
